One week with the German team in La Londe. Funky men! Bernd and Hendrik came to spend good time in a warm country with the ambition to make some kilometers. Weather will be sunny, not sunny, cloudy, not cloudy, covered, not covered, rainy, not rainy... but Bernd, as German he is, will chain nevertheless 25h training of bike, run and swim. His friend Hendrik will cool down a little bite at the end of the week. Myself, i will try to join them as soon as possible.
The German team came out more than 6 times on bike road, 1 or 2 times on mtb, 3 times for swimming and maybe 4 or 5 times for running. Good deal. All these things will be done front of the sea or in "le massif des Maures".
They were able to appreciate my super playground. Even in bike, mtb, pedestrian or ...boat, we are not far from paradise.
I hope they enjoyed this week as i did. Sharing good time on bikes or... in a restaurant with french wine.
